VIA DURA collects information you submit, including your name, email address, username, encrypted password, profile biography, posts, comments, votes, reports, applications, and messages.
We process login times, approximate network identifiers, browser information, verification and password-reset tokens, and rate-limit records to operate accounts, prevent abuse, and protect the community. Passwords are stored as one-way password hashes, not readable passwords.
Usernames, profiles, posts, comments, vote totals, and membership badges are visible to other active members of the private Circle and authorized moderators. They are not intended for public visitors. Members should still avoid publishing private, confidential, medical, financial, or identifying information they do not want shared within the membership.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by third-party checkout providers such as Stripe. VIA DURA does not receive or store complete card numbers. Payment providers may collect billing, shipping, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under their own privacy policies.
Information is used to provide accounts and discussions, send verification and recovery messages, administer memberships and orders, moderate content, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve VIA DURA.
Community account and discussion data is stored in VIA DURA's hosted database. We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, payment, dispute, and recordkeeping purposes. Browser-based challenge progress remains on your device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information by contacting community@viaduraforged.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, transactions, disputes, or law.
VIA DURA is intended for adults. Material privacy changes will be posted here with a revised date. This policy should be reviewed by qualified counsel as the business, geographic reach, and payment activity grow.
